Shannon O’Neill Fonseca
Shannon O’Neill Fonseca is a senior at Hunter College studying psychology. She has experience in community organizing, working with volunteers, and non-profits. She is a mental health advocate and activist. She is a part of the National Alliance for Mental Illness NYC as a helpline responder and support group host. Previously she worked as an ambassador with the Peace and Justice Institute.
Shannon is also a civil rights, women’s rights, and immigrants rights activist in New York City and is from San José, Costa Rica.
