Sami Disu previously worked as a community organizer with NYC Office of the Public Advocate and adjunct lecturer at John Jay College of Criminal Justice before coming to Rank The Vote NYC (RTV). He serves as an education organizer at RTV and is tasked with ranked-choice voting education in the Bronx and Black immigrant communities.
Sami is also a criminal justice and immigrants rights activist in New York and is originally from Ghana, West Africa.
