Luke Hayes has over fifteen years of public sector experience. Before recently serving as campaign manager of Jamaal Bowman’s successful primary victory, Luke helped lead NYC Ranked Choice voting’s 2019 campaign. Luke served as campaign manager for Tiffany Caban’s historic run for Queens DA and NY State Senator Biaggi’s 2018 upset victory in the 34th district. On the national level, Luke ran campaigns in Virginia, Texas, and Nevada, primarily for Obama and OFA.
Luke also has extensive experience with issue-based campaigns. He was IDNYC field director for NYC’s first municipal ID program – launching over 700k sign-ups in its first year, and led education campaigns at the national organization Understood.org.
Though Luke now lives in Brooklyn, he is a proud Bronxite, born and raised in the greatest borough in NYC.
